A flu clinic will be available for EHS students to receive a flu shot during school hours. We encourage all students to receive a vaccination this year and want to make this as easy as possible.
Clinic Dates are:
Tuesday, Oct. 27
Wednesday, Oct. 28
Please return the Flu Vaccine Consent Form to school. We will dismiss your child from class to administer the vaccine. Please note, we cannot administer vaccines without a signed consent form.
